Greetings;

Looking for feedback on 4 cases to make my choice, all the pro's and con's I have read and watched about. But I was wondering if anyone had build in these cases and could share the thoughts on working with them. I know the prince gap between the cheapest option and the most expensive is significant.

Might eventually go for WC, but for now the rig will be cooled by either an AIO or a Thermalright Peerless Assassin. (Mobo will be a ASRock B650E Taichi Lite fitted with a 7800x3d). Black, white, gray are the main colors of the components. Probably an other... yes you can say it... Stupid stormtrooper style build...

My current rig is in an old NZXT H630, don't need all those hard drive caddies anymore, cable management space was rather small and frustrating, and the airflow is very restricted.

  1. - Phanteks Eclipse G500A DRGB (Extensive storage support)
  2. - LIAN LI Lancool III (Nice cable management, well manufactured)
  3. - Antec Performance 1 FT (Nice to see Antec return with a strong case, I have done so many builds in my Antec Nine Hundred, kept it for YEARS)
  4. - Corsair 7000D Airflow (is it worth the extra $$$, does preform well thermally)

Get a Phantom Spirit instead of the Peerless assasin, slightly better cooler for the same price.

Phanteks cases are my go to for building. They are organized well, the screws are usually in nice little bins. Quick and easy.

Lian LI is pretty much do you want to use the super popular cases that a TON of people are using, or do you want to be more unique.

Antec fell off hard for years, their newer case is decent, but just comes down to whether or not you want to go back to it.

Corsair Cases are almost never worth the extra $$$.

I'll say I will never use another Lian Li case again, as the Lancool II Mesh C (recommended by a friend unfortunately) is just not a good looking or well built as Fractal.  Unless the Lancool III is 5x better than the II, no thanks.

Fractal is my jam for decent cases.
