Is this a good deal?

I’m looking for a server for my home lab, found this one near me, is this a good deal?

It got an e5-2630 and 262GB of Ram. Without disks.

EDIT: I must add that it’s Canadian rubbles (probably figured it out because of the listing being in French) and I may be trying to deal it for 150$

Not too bad. Sandy Bridge / Ivy Bridge era server stuff is dirt cheap and reasonably power efficient. (Unlike Nehalem and earlier.) If you can get it for $150, even better.

You'll just need to get some 2.5" drives and HP drive sleds. 2.5" SAS hard drives should be pretty cheap, but they'll cost more to run than SSDs.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
