Go to disk manager and check the partition to make sure that everything looks good.  If it does, I would use a program like crystal disk to check the S.M.A.R.T. data to make sure that the drive isn't failing.  If that isn't the problem you may just have some corrupted data.

done this before its healthy and the full size only one partition thats the 1.8TB, also thought about smart encase it was pointed dead sectors but nope it seems okay

You could also give space sniffer a go.

had a go already only shows the 494gb biggest file being titanfall

it may be backups, I had the same issue. to check, go to your drive properties, on the ¨tools¨ tab and click back up now. then, click on ¨manage space¨ and after that click on ¨view backups¨. if that's the problem, you'll see multiple older backups that are taking up space (mine are about 50GB each).

When you right click and click properties, you are not selecting all the files. It may be because they are hidden or marked as system files. There are many good tools such as WinDirStat which you can use to easily discover this. I suspect as soon as you show all protected system files and hidden files though and do the same process you will find your missing space. You can change which show up in the view options but be careful from just willy nilly deleting these if you are not sure what you are doing.
