I'm looking to build a SFF PC for my livingroom to run VR, party games and play single player games. It will be connected to my 4k tv which can only run at 60hz so I'm not concerned about hitting high fps at all. My VR system is the first Gen oculus rift. The PC will inherit a 5700xt from my main desktop which will be getting an upgrade during this build. My goal is to keep this system as cheap as reasonably possible. I have 2 builds currently spec'd out and would like input on these. The only things that I will not change out are the 5700xt and the case (wife approved this one lol) and I need to have WiFi on the motherboard

My thoughts with this were to go as cheap as reasonable while also being kinda recent release.

After making the Intel system I remembered AMD has SAM support with the 5000 series. Is the extra $54 and 2 year older cpu worth it to gain access to SAM?

Everything except for what I mentioned above is changeable, the SSD is on there cause it's on sale at microcenter currently, IDC about having dram storage and don't want to spend the money on it currently.
