AME using E-Cores only not P-Cores!

Hi,

I'm rendering a project from After Effects - AME using AfterCodecs H.265 codec. It's a very simple project of 1 minute 20 seconds but the resolution is 17768X1200. 

 

Why all the E-cores are only 100%, isn't it supposed to be P-cores first? This is the first time I'm encountered this. 

previously, I rendered .mov with HAP codec, that time it was all good and took less time than .mp4 H.265 codec but the file size was HUGE.

is there anything I'm missing? any solution to this matter?

 

My PC spec:

CPU: 14700K
GPU: Tuf 4070Ti
Mobo: Proart Z790
Ram: 64gb 5600mhz 

Windows: 10

Windows 10 doesn't support the proper assignment or recognition of P and E cores. You have to use 11 to get that.
