I heard on a NVIDIA GPU should i change power management mode to prefer maximum performance and for the texture filtering quality to high performance, is this true? I'm a gaming if that helps, THANKS

unless it's actually posing a problem, no, you rarely need to mess around with the nvidia settings unless there is something very specific you're wanting to enable.
