Hey all! Hope you all had a good week. We’re back with a brief weekly address of sponsorship complaints. Not much in the way of updates this time.

Volta
It looks like Volta is still using our name in some of their promotional material. Thanks as always for bringing this to our attention. It’s possible that this was overlooked while we were primarily being removed in other places, but we’ll press them about this one.

Secretlab
There was a concern about whether we are still working with Secretlab to address customer issues, or whether we are still in contact with Secretlab. Despite us not working with them in a sponsorship capacity, we do leave our inboxes open to sponsors, both new and old. We did set expectations with Secretlab as to what we expect of our sponsors. Part of this involved making sure a CS rep who was using inappropriate language was held accountable. We were notified about the actions they took here to improve, but this does not mean we are in talks for future sponsorships. Again, if Secretlab does want to share with us ways in which they address the other concerns, we’re all ears and willing to listen.
