Fan controller help pls

Bought a new motherboard (msi mag b650 tomahawk wifi) but kept my old fan controller. The pin layout of the fan controller does not match up with the RBG connector on the mobo. The pin layout on the mobo is .... whereas my fan hub is .x.. If the fan hub were 3 pin, that's not an issue, but since it's the size of a 4 pin but the second space is just plugged, it physically can't connect. Any solutions? (willing to buy new fan controller if need be)
