Oneplus 12 - new 120fps gaming upscale feature

Has anyone tried the new hyperboost feature, or whatever it’s called, on the new Oneplus 12, which upscales all games to run at 120fps?
 

Does it really work with every single game, can it maintain 120fps from low to high demanding games, and is it just the fps that goes up to 120fps, or does the refresh rate also go up to 120hz?
