Honestly you don't need to spend 1400€ on a PC if all your doing is streaming a capture card

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

You can get a 500$ laptop that can stream it without dropping frames. I do the same thing with my 450$ dell inspiron that has an i5 1135g7 and 16gb ram. I stream from my ps5 at 1440p at 120fps without issues.

I edit my messages more than not –

Probably some dude on the internet

The problem is that I have a laptop with these specs

HP Laptop - 15S-EQ2XXX
Processador - AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics 2.10 GHz
12GB RAM
512GB SSD

And when recording in obs everything is ok but frames start to drop even when lowering the resolution, for this reason I was afraid of buying a PC with low specs.

The RTX 40XX cards cover all the codecs including AV1. The 120mm fan goes inside the back of this case for a exhaust fan.
