Budget (including currency): 1500€ - 1800€

Country: Germany

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Baldur's Gate 3, Elden Ring, Spider Man & Miles Morales, Sekiro (I'm looking for solid 120fps 1080p gaming)

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I'm planning to buy in the end of this month. Linux needs a bit more CPU power to handle games because of DXVK. I don't like any fancy RGB but if a part has RGB but good value I don't mind. I don't have any prebuilt, PC that I am upgrading from. This is from scratch. I know that I asked once but maybe something has changed and some parts are now more affordable.

Going Linux doesn't actually change much these days on parts selection. All I recommend is staying away from Nvidia and go AMD for your GPU. Nvidia drivers are still not great in Linux due to them refusing to properly support or open source them.
