Hello I have a ASRock z790c lightning and when I turn on my computer now it has 2 red lights for what ever reason nothing will make it work I’ve tried absolutely everything

Is this  a new build or was it working prior to a change? We need a little bit more information to go on here. Also which lights are the ones lighting up? It should say next to the light which ones they are for, I tried seeing them but the footage is too zoomed out and too dark.

Also, you only have three sticks of memory installed from what I can see, you should either have two sticks or four, if you have three that means you either have a single stick with a dual kit and are mix matching memory which is a no no, or you didn't install all four sticks. I would try booting with just one stick of memory installed and see if anything changes.

Ok, anything else you can add regarding the other things I've asked/suggested? Also a full spec list of the system would be appreciated.
