To low temp

I have a 3080ti and ryzen 9 5950x while gaming FH5 or COD:Warzone my gpu temp will reach 46 Celsius and my cpu will reach 43 Celsius are these temps to low.

They do seem a little low for the games you play. Are you capped at 30fps?

On warzone im hitting 180-200fps and FH5 150-180fps

"Too low" doesn't really exist. (within reason - if you are -250c I am sure there may be problems.)

Throw a furmark workload at the gpu , See what happens to the temps then.
