Sleeping Dogs DLC

So I just got sleeping dogs collection (game + all dlc) and now I'm regretting it. After the first mission I'm level 5 on triad and police, also got a lot money from some dlc.... Anyone know which dlcs are "cheaty"? It just doesn't feel right when you get a lot from the beggining.... Or I should just disable all dlc?

The Top Dog Gold pack and the High Roller DLC are the ones that give you the extra levels and the money. I don't know if you can disable just those. 

Edit: Steam allows you to disable DLCs individually.

There's a new steam feature that let's you disable DLCs individually through the game's properties menu in your Steam library.

 

As for which DLC does what, look at the store page for the game on Steam.
