3x Thunderbolt Mac/pc combo build?

howdy friends,

 

been a while since I built a PC (used Macs for a while), and it’s time for a new computer (mostly video editing, gaming, and maybe light streaming) and a return to the Windows world. 

 

I have 3x thunderbolt-only displays (the old LG 27” first gen that doesn’t fall back to USB-C, and they don’t support daisy chaining) on my desk for work, and am hoping I can use the same ones for my new build, of course running the graphics through the GPU.

 

Im having trouble finding out the best way to get this setup built—which MOBO (and/or upgrade card) would support 3?
 

In a perfect world I would be able to basically KVM my setup and use the same peripherals for both systems with the flip of a switch.
