GPU not detected

So in the last couple days my pc started to hang while playing valorant. And it died with vga not detected.

 

Specs=

z690 tuf asus d4

12700kf (no igpu)

rtx3070

64gb 3600 mhz d4 from tforce

pny 1 tb nvme 4.0

segotep 650w

 

Tings i have done=

try 2 different other gpu (my 3070 on another pc and its fine)

try reseating gpu

try reseating ram

try a different cable

try with hdmi

 

it wont post im soo confused rn

If you can boot with another GPU, take a look at windows event viewer, and see if you can scroll down and find any errors that lead up to a crash. I've been able to use that to find out about bad drivers.

No i cant boot with another gpu but mine works fine in another pc

Thats why im confused the motherboard says white vga and green on boot so it still works but says it has troible connecting to a gpu

I have a feeling its the pcie slot but im not sure
