If he picked those out and he's happy with them, go for it.

I can't personally vouch for the quality, but the reviews seem to be good.

How old are they? Old enough to know they need to take care of their things? (Even though kids will be kids and they'll break stuff.)

Any halfway decent over-ear headphones should be fine. Get two identical sets if there might be tears because "so-and-so got the good ones".

If you're worried about their hearing, don't get them earbuds and set a safe volume limit on their devices. (The process is different between Android and iOS, but both should have this feature.) Some kid-oriented headphones have this feature built in. You may want to have a trustworthy adult with average natural hearing double-check the sound volume first before you give the headsets to the kids.

In my experience, you can't really go wrong with Sony over-ear headphones.

https://www.amazon.com/Stereo-Portable-Headphones-Headset-Samsung/dp/B011TNK6V4/

If they need to be Bluetooth, there are tons of options in the $25-$50 range.

If you're on a budget, or you want to have a couple backup pairs on deck, even $10 no-name wired headphones are fine.

he rejected , with my look like clould II ,

So he wants a HyperX Cloud II.  You can pick something that looks similar, but be prepared that he might be disappointed by anything else. (See the "we have food at home" meme.)

Honestly, for kid headsets just shop by looks, then check the reviews to see what others think they sound like.
