Okay, so, according to the manual, you need to go into the bios and disable the CPU fan error:

Does your mobo have a dedicated pump header?

If it does, check the BIOS if you can set it to use that instead of expecting something from the CPU header.

English is not my first language, so please excuse any confusion or misunderstandings on my end, also I like to edit my posts a lot.

Are the AIO fans plugged into the CPU fan header or a case fan header? They should be on the CPU fan header.

At my AIO the NZXT Kraken Elite 360, there was a Fan splitter to three and I don't need to Plug this in anywhere else. They aren't plugged AS Chassis Fans or CPU Fans but I could Plug one into the CPU Fan header

But how so I do THAT? On Asus Uei

Press F1 and locate the "CPU Fan Speed Power Limit" setting and set it to ignore. (Basically what the error screen says).
