Standard , They will boost as high as they can until they reach a limit which is usually power.

 

My 7900XT has a boost clock of 2400mhz but I tend to average more like 2850-2900.

Case Fans : 3 X Thermalright TL-C12C-S RGB 

Monitor :27" Samsung Odyssey G5 2560 x 1440 180 HZ IPS
