What changes should I make in this build ?

Any recommendations are appreciated.

Also Please checkout the case, cooler, and the monitor that I have mentioned earlier and suggest any better options if available

If long term reliability is an aim, I suggest switching the PSU out for an A tier unit: https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/.

I usually recommend the Seasonic Focus GX or the Thermaltake Toughpower GF3.

Common build advice:

1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticeably improve performance past 240mm and don't improve at all past 360mm. 9) RTFM.

First of all i'd stronlgy recommend using PcPartPicker to choose the parts, it will look for best prices in local stores as well as looking for main compatibility issues. I actually don't know a lot about rendering and how much CPU power it needs, i believe you need as many threads as possible (correct me if i'm wrong) why going with amd then? I personally prefeer amd but right now Intel has all the i9-13900 and i9-14900 with 24 cores (although a lot of them are efficiency ones) for not a lot more money than the 7950X. The case it's great and include enough fans. Board is also great (only problem could be that it only has 4 sata ports, but being realistic it's very unlikly to use more). About the PSU, it's fine, but i'd probably get a better one, maybe the SeaSonic VERTEX PX-850. Ram is perfect, just remember not exceed 6000MHz with am5 because stability issues and get CL30 or even lower latency for best performance. I have never heard of that cooler actually, it seems to be a fine cooler but maybe i'd suggest getting a better-known model, the Artic Liquid Freezer II 240 is great and also cheaper. And if u want something with rgb Corsair H100 (h100i/h100x/h100) are also great cooler although more on the expensive side. Lian-Li has also several interesting options. Here is a list with very good AiOs. About the GPU, 4070ti Super is a good GPU. SSD and HDD are also fine. About the monitor, it isn't bad but there have been some problems with the backlight, here is a review.

Can you please suggest some Air cooler compatible with the cpu

Probably an NH-D15, a Deepcool Assassin IV or even a Peerless Assassin 120SE can cool the CPU, but i would definitely recommend an AiO, if they are well mantained they don't have problems, and will give you a lot more headroom on your CPU.

There's a lot on good PSU 850W+, I suggest the RMx1000 (850) because I use one and know it's good, price is decent too

Not sure if you absolutely want an AIO, for a production machine an aircooler is recommended - no failure no maintenance

A Noctua NH-D15 (with offset mount brackets) is always a good safe pick

Look for cheaper options

What features/io do you need from the mobo? Proart x670e is expensive so you can probs cut down abit

Psu is overpriced and cheaper units are available

Those rams tend to be quite pricey so im sure you can find a cheaper 6000c30/32 kit

You can also get a cheaper cooler, if reliability takes priority which judging by your usecase which i assume this will be used for work and making money then reliability and performance take #1 priority over all else, for a decent aircooler theres the peerless assassin/phantom spirit 120 and their variants

Reliability & performance #1

Everything else especially aesthetics can be thrown out the window as you need this for work and the more work and the faster you get it done the more money youll make and that money you can use for any misc upgrades like aesthetics later on

Also what programs will you be using and vram requirement?

Price diff vs 4070tis?

You should be able to switch if you cut down on uneccesary spending like the mobo aio case etc.

Psu is a straight up regression due to the non existent <10 year warranty, look for one thats cheap but has a 10 year warranty

That aio is better but again aircooling is much cheaper and you wont really see the diff anyways since you wont be overclocking, all youll see is pump failiure in 5 years and you gotta replace the aio whereas aircooler is just a hunk of metal, at worst maybe the fans might die after >10 years but you can just swap the fans out, also doesnt make it inoperable either cause its still a hunk of metal and it can still absorb and dissipate heat without fans albiet limited heat dissipation without fans, still better than nothing (aio), put the damn budget to the gpu and not a fancy looking aio

If the rams are as cheap as they can just just leave em be

Again can cut cost on the case, though if the cheapest half decent cases are only 10-20$ cheaper not worth it, but if theyre more like 50-70$+ cheaper then absolutely worth it

As for other part reccomendations

Again what features and i/o do you need from the mobo? even the b650m hdv is enough for most ppl since it already has 14 total usb a (6 rear 8 internal) + 2 usbc (1 rear 1 internal) and the vrms will handle an overclocked 7950x, so basically any ~150€ or <200€ board like the b650m hdv/pro rs, b650 pg lightning/livemixer/aorus elite, b650e pg riptide, etc. Assuming you dont need any specific features like multi gpu or anything like that in which case youd have to get a more expensive board

Btw ditch the harddrive cause 2tb hdd makes absolutely no sense, just replace it with a cheap 2tb nvme

Also the nvme you picked is good and very fast (faster than a particularly outdated and overpriced samsung drive thats for sure) but there may be cheaper options available like the a440 (pro), xs70, s70 blade, etc. with similar performance but for much cheaper

If the work on your pc makes money prioritize reliability and performance over all else which is basically what im reccomending hence cutting costs on uneccesary things and wherever possible to get a 4080 (super)

Price?

And what country?

B650e pg riptide, livemixer, and taichi lite would be better boards and probs for the same price if not cheaper

B650 Aorus elite is also a good board
