Is my GPU dying ?

Hello, I have been getting these artefacts while playing War Thunder, artefacts started today. As far as I can see, this happens only while I play war thunder, and only during matches, while in hangar it's not displaying anything weird. Gpu is not overheating, tops out at around 68-69 (nice) with 75 hotspot. Gpu is an Asus RX 5600 XT, no OC. I have had this card for about 3 years now. Is it on it's last leg or is it the snail doing snail things ?

Update drivers.

 

Also Jesus Christ man how long does it take to kill that AML
