Budget (including currency): 1000$ (Maximum, hopefully less)

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Elden Ring, and any other high-performance games I was unable to play on my old PC

Other details: PCP link: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pBzM28 My cousin recommended that I get a different PSU, as the one I have on it now is low quality. He also said that my case would fit my motherboard, it would just look funny. A few people have recommended I got more than 8GB of VRAM, but I'm not looking for gaming at higher than 1080p resolution. This is my first time building any sort of PC. Any recommendations before I order my parts?

All ARESGAME PSU's are absolute garbage and should not be used.

I see a white theme here, is this important?

Good to know about the power supply, will get rid of that ASAP. I'm not too picky about colors, as long they match. (Not half black and half white)
