Failed Mainboard.. twice?

Hi everyone, maybe someone here has an idea whats going on

I am building 2 PC's for a customer and both will not POST and the CPU Fans wont spin.

The case fans/PSU will spin though. Sadly the Board doesnt have LEDs on it for diagnostics.

On the Asus Page it says something about a LED Q Core thing that tells you diagnostics from the power button flashing (?) but that one doesnt light up.

I checked that everything is screwed in right and that no RAM is loose or cables not clicked in.

I tested the 24 pin and 8 Pin cables from the other new PSU, still nothing.

I used the other new Mainboard and CPU+RAM, nothing.

I used the new PSU new becase I basically swapped everything but nothing happens.

I searched a bit and thought maybe I need a BIOS Update and because the Board does not have a BIOS Flashback function I tested a 12Th gen Intel CPU on it but still nothing.

I found the Sticky post here and tried removing the CMOS battery but still nothing, just Case Fans / optical drive would work lol

Any Ideas/ suggestions or obvious things ? Thank you. :)

If cpu fan not spin then something wrong is with cooler, and pc does not boot/post to prevent damage, i dont know what to say for now

Q: DO all the IO Shield Prongs touch every single outside-side of the mainboard ports?

none are inside of the ports thankfully but that HDMI one isnt touching the outerpart of the port

Google said this If the motherboard does not detect a cooler, it will give you a cpu red light.

i read through this thread..

when the board is on the box. did you try to short circuit the power_SW pins on the board short to boot it? you say you used the power_SW connector from the case.. it can be defect too.. use a screwdriver and usually it's on the top row at the IO cluster from left pin 3 and 4.. read your manual to be sure. a power switch basicaly short those 2 pins to boot when it's pressed in. so you can do it with a screwdriver too.
