Been a while since I did one lol,

do I need to ddu or can I just plug the new one in then update drivers ?
if I ddu do I need safe mode or is regular mode ok ?

Regular mode when DDU'ing is okay.  What GPU are you going from and what GPU did you buy?

If you go from AMD to AMD or Nvidia to Nvidia you dont need to DDU unless you run into issues.

If you are switching GPU brands then its recommended to DDU.

Yeah, that shouldn't be a problem with such a modern GPU as the 2080Ti 🙂 Plug and play.

IF you run into any problems then you DDU. Should not be needed however.

Congrats on your new 4070ti super !

Thats a very good deal!  I got a 4080 myself so very very similar to the 4070 Ti Super. I absolutely love it ^^
I have had it for over a year though!  It did cost quite a bit more than £770 haha.

Happy Gaming! 😄

Noice I wanted a 4080 but was to much and the only real reason I wanted it over the 4070ti was the 16gb vram so not to bad really I only play 1440p

Exactly. The 4070 ti Super is very similar to the 4080. Almost identical in fact.

But the 4070 ti Super wasn't released when I bought my 4080, I bought it on launch day.
