Are these 2 builds good for streaming to twitch

The second would be okay, although I'd want more CPU cores. The most important thing with streaming is having Nvidia's Nvenc.

Budget (including currency): 1500aud

Country: oce

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Fortnite, call of duty Warzone, r6, CSGO, forza Motorsport

Other details, fortnite needs to be constant 240fps at 1440p. Forza would be nice at 4K, I’m very competitive as well any recommended builds?

Wow GPU prices are bad in Oceania. I've come up with two builds but both have compremises and niether manages to stay in budget.

The first is built on the AM5 platform and will be much better in CPU bound titles you mentioned, like CSGO.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 3.8 GHz 6-Core Processor  ($328.77 @ JW Computers)
Motherboard: ASRock B650M PG Lightning Micro ATX AM5 Motherboard  ($203.01 @ Amazon Australia)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory  ($155.84 @ Amazon Australia)
Storage: Sabrent Rocket 4.0 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive  ($112.99 @ Amazon Australia)
Video Card: PowerColor Fighter Radeon RX 6750 XT 12 GB Video Card  ($642.91 @ Amazon Australia)
Case: Deepcool MATREXX 30 MicroATX Mini Tower Case  ($45.00 @ JW Computers)
Power Supply: NZXT C750 (2022) 750 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply  ($139.00 @ JW Computers)
Total: $1627.52

The second is built on the older AM4 platform. The CPU is about 25% slower, but the GPU is about 50% faster (both these figures vary greatly by game and res). This will be better for the GPU bound titles you mentioned.

PCPartPicker Part List

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 3.5 GHz 6-Core Processor  ($194.77 @ JW Computers)
Motherboard: Asus PRIME B550M-K Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($108.00 @ Computer Alliance)
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory  ($54.00 @ Centre Com)
Video Card: Inno3D Twin X2 GeForce RTX 4070 SUPER 12 GB Video Card  ($1021.00 @ Skycomp Technology)
Total: $1674.76

Of course neither of these builds is actually in budget and there arn't many other good options available on the GPU side of things in your locality, as they are either even further out of your budget or cheaper but too expensive for the performance they offer.

My recommendation would be to use these as a guide but shop for the CPU and GPU on the used market, looking to find a middle ground between the two builds.

Common build advice:

1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticeably improve performance past 240mm and don't improve at all past 360mm. 9) RTFM.

Bio:

He/Him - I'm a PhD student working in the fields of reinforcement learning and traffic control. PCs are one of my hobbies and I've built many PCs and performed upgrades on a few laptops (for myself, friends and family). My personal computers include 4 windows (10/11) machines and a TrueNAS server (and I'm looking to move to dual booting Linux Mint on my main machine in future).
