Id say start wih this and go to your local cex or whatever to get a certifird used/refurb card like a rx6700xt as that is in the 400aud budget

I madr these changes mainly so you have better cooling and airflow as the cooler you took was old and not good and the case has NO airflow.

Budget: $1,000 - $1,200 AUD

Country: Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: mostly games, school and mabye even streaming

Thank you jaslion because I had no clue what I was doing and this was very helpfull, the only bad thing I have to say about this I don't think this is as upgradable as my version and the 750 WATTS! but I will be using your build.

How do you mean upgradeable?

Also whats the issue with the 750w psu?

A power supply only delivers as much as its asked. So if a pc asks like 300w the psu will consume a bit more than 300w of power to deliver it to the system (ac/dc conversion is never lossless). The 750w on the unit means a UP TO 750w. Not will always consume 750w of power.

So it is actually more upgradeable in that regard.

As for gpu defo have a look at thr cex or whatever its called refurb section. They have lots of good priced cards. Id say first have a look there, reach back to us here (just ping or quote us in this thread) with a list of options and we can then budget adjust the build more if needed as that is still possible
