Wifi router with wisp and usb/ftp functionality

Hello,

I wonder if anybody has any experience with wifi routers with WISP mode and inbuilt ftp functionality?

I want to crate a local network which would get internet off my mobile phone hotspot. Also the router needs to have a usb port with ftp server support for file sharing via the network.

 

I found two routers which might suit: TP-Link Tl-WR902AC and Asus RT-AX3000. But both are travel routers with low specs (Asus is useable but very expensive). Are there any other models which could do the same? Looking at each manufacturer's website proved to be very time consuming. And for example in ASUS case ,all the manuals are exactly the same. So without the router itself it is actually hard to tell what advanced functionality they have.

 

Or maybe there is an alternative term for the WISP mode, which could yield better search results?

 

I want to avoid diy options and modular stuff due to limited experience with network terminology/setup etc.
