I need $50-60 USD PSU with at least 80+ Bronze, a C on the PSU tier list, and it needs black cables(no ketchup and mustard cables). I’ve looked at some(linked below) and need to know if they are okay. If not, please give me some recommendations.

What country are you in? The used market can be your best friend in these situations. I routinely see last gen Corsair PSUs on FB marketplace for about that price (Philadelphia, USA)

Not true. Take a look at the PSU tier list, https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/, Thermaltake has a number of Tier A models.

 

At the low-end there are brands that are generally poor, but major manufacturers tend to have excellent, good, and fair models. They do occasionally have bad models so buying based on brand name is not a great idea.

 

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
