Is NIXSYS a legitimate company?

I was looking to buy a legacy computer running Windows 7, and I have the option of either using my old desktop running Windows 7, or buying from NIXSYS. I’d prefer the latter so I can use my old desktop as a home server, but I’m not sure if they’re a reputable manufacturer. Does anybody know if NIXSYS is legit or not?
