For some games I play such as Red Dead 2, Hogwarts, etc (big open world games), the textures in those games tend to start loading slower and slower, about at the halfway point in the game is when I see it. Everything I read online says its probably the SSD, and that you should defrag it. But this is a pretty new build, and not even half of my 2TB M.2 SSD is being used. Is there another reason these games seem to have texture loading issues the longer the gameplay duration is?

How much RAM do you have?
