Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to improve LAN reliability, I find myself switching to WiFi on my desktop instead of LAN almost everyday, I'll be using LAN then it will cut out for 10ish mins at a time or the speed will be terrible. Current networking setup is default Bell Canada Modem/Router (with a few Bell Repeaters that im not connected to) and a Switch that but my PC is connected directly to the modem. I dont get it. Cable is i think CAT 5 or 6 maybe 60-100ft long

This isn't normal. Most obvious suggestion would be to try another patch cable and see if things improve.

Other suggestions: ensure chipset and LAN drivers are installed and up to date. (may be worth a complete reinstall on the LAN driver) Make sure BIOS is  up to date as well.

If still failing, try booting to a portable Linux distro. If the issue is still happening there, that will tell you that there may be a hardware issue. if not, you have a software issue over on the Windows side.

That would make a lot of sense actually thank you I just got a new CPU and Motherboard so yep that adds up

Ah, yep that make sense. Typical wisdom is that for a full platform change like that, it's wise to re-install Windows from scratch.
