My computer keeps BSOD when I overclock

I just started overclocking and I got BSOD whenever I tried to boot into windows and I don't know if it's my Cpu or my Ram

reset your bios settings and then boot and then try and overclock one of the cpu and ram and then boot again if it crashes then what you overclocked is the culprit, just eliminate one of both options
