i have the GPU this will be a temporary build while i save to buy a Mac mini. ($4000) need something in the meantime. 

I have most parts figured out. looking for a decent motherboard but affordable. no set budget it costs what it costs. 

Screen i am using a Samsung 58" tv. no i am not interested in getting a monitor i am quite satisfied with my tv.

A motherboard is necessary.

 

The CPU cooler is not really adequate for the CPU.

 

Not using DDR5 is leaving performance on the table.

not using ddr5 saves alot of $. the cpu should not get real hot. i dont plan on pushing it to much besides farming simulator 2022. although if you can recommend a cooler that is affordable decent quality and would fit the cast.

I did. The DDR5 build I suggested is less than the cost of the OP build plus a motherboard.
