Budget: ~1000 euros

Location: Europe, Latvia

Monitor: Single 1080p, with an upgrade to a single 1440p monitor or two 1080p monitors in the future

Used for: Gaming, digital art, some 3D work

Did my best assembling a list of parts for this build.

I am still fairly new to this, hope someone can let me know if there are any glaring issues.

CPUAMD Ryzen 7 5800X

CPU cooler: Deepcool AG400

MotherboardGigabyte B550 GAMING X V2

RAMKingston FURY Beast 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16

SSDLexar NM790 1 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 4.0 X4

GPUMSI MECH 2X V1 Radeon RX 6750 XT 12 GB

PSUCooler Master MWE Bronze V2 650 W 80+ Bronze

Here is the pc part picker linkhttps://pcpartpicker.com/list/fRnnwg

It contains warnings but those are related to clearance and the BIOS needing an update.

Extra notes:

  • Some of the parts chosen might seem weird- I picked those due to them seemingly having the best price to performance ratio based on where I live.
  • I have not picked a case yet.
  • I am on a pretty tight budget so I cannot add expensive parts, only possible alternatives have to be in a similar price range. If you do suggest alternatives, please also explain why.

Country?

Kinda hard recommending stuff without knowing the country.

Anyway 5800x is usually a bad value as the 5700x is way cheaper and performs near identical. Also this is now a end ofnlife platform so depending on price a 7600 is the better option

As for gpu amd offers NO hardware acceleration in 3d work AT ALL PERIOD. So if you are rendering anything the cpy has to do all the work and it will usually take a while. For example a 14900k gets its ass handed to it by a simple rtx2060 due to ita ray tracing accelerated rendering in 3d software.

Rendering will go from minutes to seconds, hours to minutes,... its a massive leap

Europe is large, I used Germany location as it's the largest 🙂

Not bad overall, some changes

5700X i/o 5800X, realy close for cheaper

Better cooler

Switched SSD to a P5 Plus, idk what Lexars are worth

Available GPU
Decent cheap case

Edited to add country. As for a 7600 CPU, unfortunately, building an AM5 rig at 1000 euros is basically impossible due to the pricing of everything currently.
Also, do you think it would be possible to find a similarly performing NVIDIA card to fix the rendering times within the price range?

Yup, added country for specificity. We use German Amazon as well so this is usable.

The CPU is not currently available and the shipping adds some extra cost but lgtm.

Only thing I am concerned about now is the rendering times with an AMD GPU as mentioned by @jaslion, currently wondering if it would be better to find an NVIDIA GPU in the same price range or spend a little extra for a more expensive NVIDIA GPU ...

You can cheap out on CPU to get a better GPU if most of your needs are graphical :
