Hello, inquiring here about a solution as a last-ditch attempt.

I was gaming with friends when my PC suddenly flickered and the monitor connection cut. I could still hear my friends in discord but the computer shortly died after. After inspecting, my entire PC case was hot to the touch. I suspect the PC had been circulating hot hair from the vent as my roommates had cranked up the heater without telling me. Nonetheless, here we are.

I let my PC cool down, but now the monitors will not get a signal. The EZDebug LED stop on VGA which tells me it’s a GPU-related issue. However, my GPU turns on when only connected to the motherboard, so it’s getting power from both slots without any PSU cables attached.

things I have tried:

- unplugging/plugging back in

- reseating the GPU

- changing PCIE slots

- Reseating CMOS battery

- Reseating PSU cables
