Hello!

Built my new computer yesterday and everything worked great when I went to bed.  I have the computer on during the night to watch YouTube to help me fall asleep.  When I woke the screen was black. Thought it had gone into hibernation, but it didn't wake up when I tried to wake it up. Restarted the computer via the power button and let it boot up. But met with blue screen with the message "inaccessible boot device".  Well, I thought, what the hell has happened to my new Kingston SSD?  Booted again and into the BIOS, boot disk is there and everything looks good.  Tried again with the same result.

What could have happened during the night when the computer was running with VLC that caused windows to become corrupt?  What can I do about that?  Windows had an update waiting when I went to bed.  But has it set to not update automatically, has it done it anyway and something went wrong?

The system is:

AMD ryzen 7 7800x3d

Msi mag x679E tomahawk wifi  Kingston fury 32gb

Kingston fury renegade 1tb nmve PCIe 4 m.2
Plus some other dishes.

Might be worth saying that I cloned my old c: to the new Kingston disk so it's not a clean install.  Want to avoid doing a clean install of Windows if possible.  Stupid as I was, I cleaned the old c: disk when I had tested that the new one worked as it should...
