Hey guys i seem to be getting a crackling noise when ever i open a new tab in my headset. I currently have a Astro TX wireless mix amp plugged in via Optial and it connected to the RX mix amp via a usb/what ever it uses to transmit all this is plugged into a Asus Xonar DX. what would be the cause? if you need anymore info just tell me what you need. :)

You mean opening a web browser tab?

I think i've had something similar, where if i plug a 3.5mm headphone jack into my front panel and then put a usb device in next to it i could head a static that sounded like the data rate :s

Have you tried plugging other headphones into the amp to see if you hear the same noise?

If the nose doesn't seem so show then there's probably some interference with the wireless signal.

You can probably fix that by turning off wireless transmission from other devices around you.

Another plausible explanation is that there's interference from your motherboard, and it is being transferred through the digital interface (USB) as a static sound.

I'm not really sure how to fix something like that... but yer sorry i can't be of more assistance =[
