my pc will not boot properly

I tried booting my pc, the fans spin the USB ports and the HDMI ports both on the motherboard and GPU will not work

SPECS: 

Ryzen 5 5600G

RX7600

Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H

DDR4 Ram I forgot what brand but I'll update you if I find out it's a blank stick so it doesn't have anything on it

I tried reseating the ram nothing worked, not my video but this is my exact issue.
