Resolution problem

Recently i got a new monitor, lg ultragear and its working flawlessly, but out of nowhere a problem accured, i mostly play stretched resolution(5:4, 4:3..) and i move about those aspect ratios each time i need it while gaming.
But, misalignment problem started. Im not sure why but just out of nowhere it just has.
Its like 1/3 of monitor thinks its 4:3 and rest thats its 16:9(can see it from cursor,wider-thinner)
Ive tried ddu-ing it a couple of times, reinstalling drivers etc... even hooking up a second monitor but no luck.
Gpu: rx 580 ( worked previously no problems before this).

Is there an option in the OSD to change the display scaling? The 4:3 to 16:9 non-linear stretch is an old TV technique for "fixing" aspect ratios, and was a TV setting not a source setting.

There is no such option, when i move any window within that bugger area, it "becomes" 4:3. Done a reset on monitor settings too, didnt work out.
