HBA Card won't get registered in PCIE Slot

First off, that's an ancient HBA. LSI 2000-series or 3000-series are usually just as cheap and a lot newer.

 

If it's not appearing anywhere (check using lspci in TrueNAS), it's probably dead.

Hello my name is Silas and I've got a little problem with my little NAS installation going on.

For little context I once bought a used Server Mainboard from Ebay cause I was still a student back then and today I wanted to upgrade the Storage with a few Hard Drives,
I ordered 4x3TB IBM SAS Drives from ebay (They Spin after Pin modding the Sata Cable) and later a HBA LSI1078 SAS Controller so I can use them.

But now comes the issue, I installed the Card on my Mainboard and tried numerous slots but in my ServerView (iRMC) it never shows up and in TrueNAS or Windows I see no drives and I thought maybe someone could help me out.

My Hardware:
Fujitsu D3239 S2 (Mainboard)
HBA LSI1078 SAS-Controller
Xeon E3-1275v3
32GB DDR3 ECC Ram

500 Watt 80+Gold PSU
4x3TB IBM 39U3721

Thats sad but alright I'll get the newer ones and check if its even okay
