New cooling for PC

Hey guys, I have a Ryzen 5 5600 with a stock cooler and a Zalman S4 case.

My question is that what would be the best cooler for the CPU that fits the case? It can be water cooling  aswell. The budget would be 100€.

You dont really need water cooling for a 5600. A Decent Thermalright cooler will be all you need. Like the Thermalright Assassin,

The Zalmas S4 has a max CPU Aircooler height of 160mm.  I would recommend the Peerless Assassin SE 120, its 155mm tall so it fits in this case
