when i connect my ck721 keyboard to master plus software my whole new ck721 keyboard stops working when i type with it and the keys don't want to work again

 

 how can i get my cooler master ck721 keyboard to work and wont work either with my samsung galaxy z fold5 like it did before

 

 

 do you have a solution how to fix the cooler master ck721 keyboard?

 

 

 

if you know how I can 100% factory reset it, I want to know
