CPU Cooler

I just upgraded my cpu to a i7 13700k, is there an air cooler that can keep my cpu cool even at high loads? Or should I go with a aio cooler?

thermalright PA120 or deepcool AK620 should keep it below thermal throttling levels (which is where it should be)

you can, but you don't really need to
