My computer Freezes Randomly

MOBO: ASUS Tuf-Gaming x570-Plus(Wi-fi)

PSU: EVGA 80+ Gold Supernova 1000 watts

 

Hello everyone, I am writing this forum to see if any of you can give me any suggestions or answers to my problem. So recently I upgraded my system to an RTX 4070 Ti after having a GTX 1060 for a while now. Everything runs great my games are beautiful, 1440p performance is unlike anything I have ever seen before, however, I have one small issue. When I navigate through Windows my computer will randomly freeze on me and I have done everything possible to try and fix this problem. So the first thing I did was of course restart my computer when it first happened, when I realized this did not fix anything I figured that it could probably be a Windows update or a BIOS update. So I went ahead and updated the BIOS on my motherboard, as well as updating Windows. The problem did not go away however, I thought this could be a CPU bottleneck as I do believe the GPU is probably to strong for the CPU. So I overclocked the Ryzen 9 5900x to stay at a constant boost clock of 4775MHZ and overclocked my RAM little by little to 4000MHz. The freezing issues did become less frequent however they still happen from time to time. So I decided to reinstall drivers for the GPU and driver for the chipset you name it I did a lot of things. I even went as far as to do a fresh Windows reinstall with fresh Driver installs and updates, however, it continues to freeze from time to time. At this point, I have no clue what else to do and was wondering if any of you guys may have any idea of a solution or a setting I can tweak within Windows.
