White VGA light

Around a week ago I built my first pc and it worked fine 0 issues, but recently I've been having problems. Whenever I turn my pc on, everything turns on, rgb, fans and everything, but I get no display and the white vga light turns on. The first time it happened, I took my gpu out and put it back in and it worked fine but the next day the same issue happened. I tried taking the gpu out and putting it back in but to no avail. Checked the cables and everything should be fine. Any help?

CPU: Intel i5-14600kf

GPU: Gigabyte RTX 4070

Motherboard: ASUS TUF B760-PLUS WIFI

Maybe the issue is with the motherboard itself, check wheather all the usb ports are responding or not while turning on the cpu, maybe your cpu is working fine but it is not sending output to any of the ports even the display or the vga ports , so this maybe an issue but i am not totally sure
