Pretty good for a first time build, id check the PSU tier list for a better PSU though as that ones on the lower end

Strongly recommend pushing yourself up to a Ryzen 5600. 5500 to 5600 is a significant jump in performance, especially for simulator games and 1080p. Shoots you $17 over budget but you'll thank yourself.
