As the title says, I started to have BSOD's today while gaming on my custom built pc. Never had that happen before.

I did add an M.2 ssd recently and upgraded my RAM a few months ago but no issues until today.

I ran the windows memory diagnostic tool which detected an error (could not find the results anywhere in the logs)

I then ran the hardware troubleshooter but it found nothing.

Then I started a Memtest86+ 15 minutes ago at the time of writing. (Note that I do not understand how to interpret the results). It as gathered 13000 errors in that amount of time. Labeled under pCPU 9.

At this point I'm still very confused what is the issue with my system and would appreciate some help.

I will try to save the Memtest86 results once it is done and will update my post.

Thanks in advance for the help!

EDIT : So I ended up test each sticks on at a time and unfortunately one of the fours was causing the errors. Its just really strange that I did not notice the issues before today after 3 months of use. I contacted Corsair for a warranty claim. Thanks to everyone that tried to help!!

If Windows Memory Diagnostic and Memtest are saying there is a ram error it's pretty safe to go with that. In order to test which stick is faulty it's pretty simple, install one stick at a time and test each one individually with Windows Memory Diagnostic as it will give you results the fastest. If one shows errors while the other doesn't then you'll know it's the one that shows errors, if it's recently purchased ram you'll want to return it asap. Otherwise buying a new kit isn't a bad idea. I  however, would not mix and match kits, even if they are the same make and model.

Mixmatching ram kits can also cause this issue. I see you have 64GB are you by chance mixing two 32GB kits that were purchases separately in order to reach that? If so it's very possible it's an incompatibility with the kits. Unless you purchase a kit of the exact size and speeds you want it's not going to be guarantied to work together. Mix matching kits especially with DDR4 can be a little picky at times, which is why I don't recommend it.

Also make sure you disable XMP because the fail typically just means your RAM is either running at unstable clock speeds, or you have a bad stick of RAM.

Its a single kit so that would not be the issue. I did however popped back in one of my previous sticks and so far the test shows no error so it seems one or more of my RAM stick is defective...

What is XMP and how to I disable it?

If you haven't turned it on then it is off, it is a ram overclocking setting in the bios. I would check every stick one at a time and figure out which is the bad stick.

It's a Ryzen processor so it's going to be labeled in the AM4 bios as DOCP.
