BIOS error message!

Enable XMP first before saving and exiting, if your ram is rated more than 2666mhz.

 

That bios is also old, but if you aren’t running into anything weird you can leave good enough alone. There is a security update in F3 if that’s a concern.

I just test benched my first pc, turned on the pc, loaded into the BIOS and it came up with the error message: “BIOS has been reset. Please re-config gigabyte”

 

Now I clicked ok to this and it has brought me to this screen

and I have no idea what to do so I thought I would ask for help before pressing random buttons.

 

as I was typing this, this screen popped up on its own

Motherboard: gigabyte Z390 D 

BIOS Version: F2

cpu: intel i9-9000k

gpu: Gigabyte nvidia 2070 super

ram: 16GB
