Pc Crashes Randomly

For about a month now my pc randomly crashes then boots up a few seconds later. When my pc crashes the monitors go black but my pc fans stay on. After about 5 to 10 seconds my pc turns back on and all the apps I had open are closed. I have updated my pc and gpu drivers but it still happens. I can play games normally but my pc will crash once or more while I play. I read online that this could be because my gpu is failing but I'm not sure.

Can you see if anything is listed in Windows Event Viewer around the times of the crashes?

When playing yesterday my pc never crashed like it has been. Today it crashed twice and I got a few errors and warnings in the event viewer around when it crashed.

 

1. The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID 
Windows.SecurityCenter.SecurityAppBroker
 and APPID 
Unavailable
 to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.

 

2.The GameInput Service service terminated with the following error: 
The compound file GameInput Service was produced with a newer version of storage.

 

3.The GameInput Service service terminated unexpectedly.  It has done this 5 time(s).  The following corrective action will be taken in 1000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
