keyboard Keyboard problem or Software problem?

Hello, here is my problem:

So, it started happening about a week or so.

The Play/pause dedicated button does not work on spotify, but the other 2 buttons do in fact work.

Now, for some reason when i press the "F" key, it functions as the play/pause button.

The play/pause button does not light up if pressed.

Solutions that did not worked:

1- Different USB port, DID NOT work.

2- Disabling Human Interface Device Service, WORKED but with the other media keys also not working.

My keyboard is a RedDragon Magic-wand Pro (K587), I've had this keyboard for about 1,5 or 2 years for now and i've never experienced any kind of malfunction with it.

Also i'm on Windows 10 Pro. 

New problem: Now ALL THE MEDIA KEYS are turning on and off, skipping songs and going back to the previous song. PLS I NEED HELP.

Did you ever install the drivers/firmware updates for the keyboard? If not, you can find them here:

Yes i did, plus that only lets me configure some macro keys and the rgb on the keyboard.

Drivers get updated fairly regularly to fix bugs and issues. If you've had the board for 2 years now, may want to download and reinstall new fresh drivers that may resolve the issues.

I'm not able to do that with the software that red dragon provides for my keyboard, the only options i get are patterns for the rgb, speed and brightness and macro configurations which i never use.

it all comes bundled with the installer package, not individually or through the software client it seems based on the notes.

This are the things i found inside it.

The last option says that is an upgrade software, but it's in Chinese.
